Alzil Tablet is prescribed for managing mild to moderate dementia symptoms in Alzheimer’s disease, a progressive condition that gradually impairs memory and cognitive function. While it doesn’t cure the disease, it may enhance memory, awareness, and other associated symptoms.

Take Alzil Tablet exactly as directed by your physician. It can be consumed with meals, though taking it at bedtime is often recommended. Adhere strictly to your prescription for optimal results. Your dosage may be adjusted periodically based on your response. Since symptom improvement may take several weeks, continue taking the medication consistently. Never discontinue use without medical supervision.

Common adverse effects may include nausea, diarrhea, sleep disturbances, vomiting, muscle cramps, tiredness, and decreased appetite. Maintain adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration. Side effects are typically more noticeable when beginning treatment or after dose increases, but usually diminish as your body adapts to the medication.
