Irovel H Tablet combines two medications to manage high blood pressure through different mechanisms. Untreated hypertension may result in serious complications including heart attacks, strokes, and kidney damage.

This medication can be taken with or without food, with dosage determined by your condition and response to treatment. Maintain a consistent daily dosing schedule and continue use until advised otherwise by your physician. As it contains a diuretic component, increased urination may occur – avoid taking within four hours of bedtime. Consistent use is essential for optimal results, even if you feel well, since hypertension often presents no symptoms. Discontinuation may elevate cardiovascular risks.

Common side effects include dizziness, while others may experience nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, headaches, or low blood pressure. Frequent urination is an intended effect of the hydrochlorothiazide component, not an adverse reaction. Rare side effects may occur, including potential eye pressure complications from hydrochlorothiazide.
